  • There is a need for an accurate entry point and inclination of the drill site.
  • For predictable & safe drill depth control with simple drilling protocol
  • Prosthetic driven distribution of the implants.
  • Recommended for cases with type D1/D2 bone. High density bone enables the clinician to follow the initial pilot osteotomy without deviation.
  • Avoid anatomical structures
  • In cases where the clinician prefers to review the initial osteotomy and follow through with free-hand technique
